If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase may be required.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund where applicable.
